RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase with us. We gladly accept returns for full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided your items are in original condition, with all tags in tact, and have been unworn and unwashed.  

If you wish to make a return, please email customercare@sommerfeld.com.au within the 14 day window, your:

REASON FOR RETURN

You will be required to cover any shipping costs if you wish to return for a refund. Any shipping, return fees or additional duties and taxes paid will not be refundable. 

** Refunds are not offered on Sale items, or items purchased with a promotional discount code (this excludes Newsletter Subscription discounts). Please choose carefully as discounted items are considered Final Sale or redeemable for store credit.

Provided your return meets our return criteria, you will be notified and refunded within 3 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for this to clear with your chosen bank. Sommerfeld reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our return criteria, at which point the item will be returned to you at your own cost. 

SOMMERFELD is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that customers return their items using a tracked postal service and to add tracking details to the return email thread. Returns that are received outside of 21 business days, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for sizes and colour ways for Australian and New Zealand customers, pending on availability. Please follow the above Return procedure and notify in "Reason for Return".

Customers outside of Australia will be required to follow the above Return procedure, and re-purchase.
